Battle of Waterloo

The last battle of Napoleon Bonaparte on 18 June 1815.

The battle ended with the defeat of Napoleon by the Allied troops under the English general the Duke of Wellington (Arthur Wellesey) and the Prussian field marshal Blücher. This ended the period of the Hundred Days.
